Chocoblissceremony
Discover the magic of the chocobliss ceremony

Are you looking for a deep inner journey that opens your heart and touches your soul? The chocobliss ceremony is a unique experience that gently explores your subconscious mind and promotes personal growth. This plant medicine helps you let go of what is holding you back from living in total freedom and gain insight into what is truly important to you.

Information about the chocobliss ceremony and preparation:
Your intention for the ceremony is influential. I therefore ask you to think about what you would like to heal, release or gain insight into, what you want to grow/develop. I would like to ask you to write this down and bring it to the ceremony. With this preparation you set the energy in motion, so to speak. What you might have noticed or will notice is that things change or happen in the days before you start the ceremony.

What does a chocobliss ceremony involve?

Through a plant medicine, you open your heart and soul and make a deeper connection with it. You go on a journey into your subconscious. It is a gentle way of turning inside and discovering what is important to you and what is holding you back from living fully in peace and freedom. It is a plant medicine for insight, healing, growth. It gives you what you need at that moment. Whether this is healing, blockages being removed, fears being faced, insight, growth, to ultimately come into the unconditional love within and remind you, show you who you really are.

I cleanse the space with sage and your energy field with Palo Santo to purify and remove anything that does not serve you during the ceremony. I accompany the ceremony with music, where the plant medicine starts to work. Furthermore, I am there to guide you.

What is in the chocobliss?

It is a composition of 20 different herbs that stimulate the opening of the heart. It also allows you to be in the here-and-now. It contains the sacred Amazonian vine. It is also used to make Ayahuasca. This vine is called Banisteriopsis Caapi. All this is incorporated in a chocolate bonbon made of pure cocoa. There is no dmt in this composition as there is in Ayahuasca.

Preparation:

To make the connection between you and the plant medicine as smooth as possible, it is advisable to prepare for it physically and mentally. Try to meditate regularly. Engage with social media as little as possible. For proper physical preparation, it is advised to eat light food with little or no fat until no later than 3 hours before the ceremony, after that please do not eat anything.
To preserve body energy, sexual abstinence is advised 3 days before the ceremony. This also applies to masturbation.
Do not use any nasal spray, medication, alcohol, drugs, painkillers or supplements in the last 3 days before the ceremony.
Report any medical indication.

Antidepressants or blood pressure medications are dangerous with this medicine!

Three days before and after the session, it is best to avoid the following foods:
(These foods contain tyramine and therefore pose a risk of large increases in blood pressure). Alcohol, but alcohol-free beer i.e. brewer's yeast. Yeast in vitamin supplements, marmite, tartex, all cheeses.

I recommend eating vegetarian. No soya sauce, soya paste, tempeh and maggi.

During the ceremony, wear comfortable clothes, warm socks/slippers. I also recommend wearing white or very light clothing. This will make it easier to stay with yourself during the ceremony. If you like, bring a photo/object that is meaningful to you. You can place this near the altar that I will build for the ceremony.

After we have finished the ceremony, there will be fruit for you, a vegetarian soup and we will have a chat.

Make sure you have no obligations after the ceremony, shopping to do, cooking to do, make sure you rest and relax. It can be nice to write down in the period after the ceremony what you have felt, seen, to read it back again.

For the chocobliss ceremony, I charge a fee of €350. This includes the preparation, the ceremony (it lasts 6 hours on average), the chocolate, herbal tea, soup and fruit.
